Our Dallas office handles contested probate. That means will contests, removing executors and trustees, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contested heirship, dependent administrations, and estates big or complicated enough that the family ends up disagreeing. We practice in all three Dallas County statutory probate courts at 600 Commerce Street.
We don’t handle uncontested probate, muniment of title, small estate affidavits, affidavits of heirship or simple wills. Some of the reviews above are from people we referred elsewhere.
