All three Dallas County statutory probate courts are on the 7th floor of the George Allen Courts Building, 600 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75202. If your case has already been filed, the cause number will tell us which court has it.
You don’t need to organize anything before we talk. Just bring what you have.
We’re a probate litigation firm, so we don’t handle uncontested probate, muniment of title, small estate affidavits, affidavits of heirship, or simple wills.
If your situation calls for one of those, we’ll tell you on the first call and point you to someone who does that work.
